Terms of Service

Welcome to AI Health Locker ("the Platform"), an experimental digital service that uses artificial intelligence to help users organise and interpret their medical reports, vitals, and wearable data.

AI Health Locker is currently in Closed Beta and made available solely for testing and feedback purposes. It is not a commercial product, not a medical device, and not intended for clinical or diagnostic use.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that this is an experimental prototype that may contain bugs, inaccuracies, incomplete features, and potential security vulnerabilities. You agree that your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

AI Health Locker provides AI-generated summaries and insights for informational purposes only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe, and it should never replace professional medical advice.

All information, summaries, or recommendations produced by the Platform are non-clinical in nature. You must consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical or lifestyle decisions.

This is a beta version still under development and testing. You understand and agree that:

• The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
• Features may be incomplete or inaccurate.
• The Platform may produce incorrect or misleading insights.
• The Platform relies on third-party infrastructure (V0, Supabase, OpenAI APIs), which are outside the creator's direct control.
• This beta version is not certified under HIPAA, GDPR, or the Indian DPDP Act (2023) for production healthcare use.

By using AI Health Locker, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years or older, or have the consent of a parent/guardian.
• Are legally capable of entering into a valid agreement.
• Are uploading only your own data, or that of someone you are legally authorised to represent.

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the AI outputs.
• Use the Platform for medical, commercial, or unlawful purposes.

AI Health Locker takes privacy seriously, but as a beta service, it operates under technical limitations. You acknowledge that:

• Data is stored and processed using third-party services (V0, Supabase, OpenAI).
• Reasonable precautions are taken, but data security cannot be fully guaranteed.
• There is a risk of data breaches, leaks, or unauthorised access beyond the creator's control.
• The creator shall not be liable for any such incidents.

Users are advised not to upload highly sensitive medical information during the beta phase unless they fully accept the associated risks.

• Uploaded reports are processed solely to generate summaries and insights.
• Data may be temporarily stored to improve AI accuracy and beta performance.
• Data will not be sold or shared with any external parties.
• You may request data deletion at any time by contacting the email listed in Section 14.

Users may choose to share health summaries with family members, caregivers, or healthcare providers.

When you share access, you remain responsible for all actions taken under your account. AI Health Locker does not control how third parties use data once access is granted. You can revoke access at any time.

• The Platform, user interface, and AI models are the intellectual property of the creator.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded medical data.
• AI-generated summaries are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be redistributed or sold.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties. This includes, without limitation:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of AI outputs.
• Fitness for a specific purpose.
• Availability, uptime, or security of data.

No advice or communication from the creator constitutes a warranty of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• The creator and any associated parties shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• This includes data loss, unauthorised access, system downtime, inaccurate summaries, or reliance on AI insights.
• Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the service and request data deletion.

You may voluntarily provide feedback, feature suggestions, or bug reports.

By doing so, you grant the creator a perpetual, royalty-free right to use this input for improving the Platform, without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

The creator may suspend or terminate the beta at any time, without notice.

Upon termination, all stored data may be securely deleted. You may also stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.

By using AI Health Locker during its Closed Beta phase, you acknowledge that this is an experimental prototype, that you accept all associated risks, and that you will not hold the creator liable for any errors, omissions, or security vulnerabilities.
