Important Notice
AI Health Locker is a pre-release beta product intended for testing and feedback. It does not guarantee data security, accuracy, or long-term availability. By using this service, you consent to limited, experimental data processing and accept the associated risks described below.
Introduction
Welcome to AI Health Locker ("the Platform").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and protect information during our Closed Beta testing phase. AI Health Locker is an experimental prototype designed to help users manage and interpret health data using artificial intelligence.
Because this is a non-commercial, pre-release product, users should understand that:
- The service is still in active development.
- Features and data handling processes may change without notice.
- The Platform is not yet certified under HIPAA, GDPR, or the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023 for production-grade use.
By using the Platform, you consent to the limited and experimental data practices described here.
What Data We Collect
AI Health Locker collects only the information required to operate and test the beta platform.
a. User-Provided Data
When you use the Platform, you may upload:
- Medical reports (PDFs, images, or text files)
- Health-related data (lab results, prescriptions, notes)
- Vitals (e.g., blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen level, temperature)
- Optional demographic data (age, gender, height, weight)
- Optional wearable or lifestyle data (sleep, HRV, steps, activity)
b. Automatically Collected Data
We may automatically collect limited technical information such as:
- Browser type, device, and operating system
- Date and time of access
- Log activity for debugging and performance monitoring
We do not use cookies or trackers for advertising or analytics during the beta phase.
How Your Data Is Used
We use uploaded data only for the following purposes:
- To generate AI-driven health summaries and insights.
- To test, debug, and improve the Platform's performance and accuracy.
- To communicate with beta users about feedback or updates.
We do not sell, rent, or monetise user data in any way.
How Data Is Processed
- Uploaded data is analysed using third-party infrastructure:
- V0 (application framework)
- Supabase (storage and database)
- OpenAI API (AI model processing)
- Reports are temporarily stored and may be cached for performance testing.
- AI models process text extracted from uploaded reports to generate summaries.
All processing occurs under restricted access for testing purposes only.
Data Retention and Deletion
- Uploaded data and AI outputs are stored only for as long as needed for testing and feedback.
- Users may request deletion of all stored data at any time by contacting beta@healthlocker.ai.
- Once the beta concludes, all user data may be permanently deleted without prior notice.
We do not guarantee long-term storage or retrieval of data.
Data Sharing
We do not share your data with:
- Advertisers
- External research entities
- Third-party data brokers
Limited data may be accessed internally for:
- Debugging and testing
- Model improvement (under anonymised conditions)
We may also disclose information if required by law or authorised government request.
Data Security
AI Health Locker employs reasonable measures to protect data, including:
- Secure HTTPS transmission
- Encrypted database storage (via Supabase)
- Access controls restricted to the creator
However, as this is a beta service:
- Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
- There is a risk of unauthorised access, data leakage, or loss.
- You agree to use the service with this understanding.
The creator shall not be liable for any security breaches or data misuse beyond reasonable control.
Data Location and Cross-Border Processing
Data may be stored and processed on servers located outside India, depending on the third-party providers (e.g., V0, Supabase, OpenAI).
By participating in the beta, you consent to cross-border transfer and processing of your data for the limited purposes stated in this Policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Request deletion of uploaded reports and generated summaries
- Withdraw consent to further processing
- Stop using the Platform at any time
To exercise these rights, email beta@healthlocker.ai with your registered email and specify your request.
Children's Data
The Platform is intended for users aged 18 and above.
If a parent or guardian uploads data on behalf of a minor, they are responsible for managing and protecting that information.
Data Sharing With Family or Doctors
Users may choose to share reports or summaries with family members or doctors through the Platform's sharing feature.
Once shared, AI Health Locker cannot control or guarantee how that data is further used.
Users are responsible for managing and revoking such access.
Data Breach Notification
In the unlikely event of a security breach affecting your data:
- We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users via email.
- We will also take steps to secure systems and prevent recurrence.
However, no guarantee of timely notification can be made during the beta phase.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in beta features, data practices, or legal requirements.
Material changes will be highlighted on the Platform.
Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Any disputes relating to data or privacy matters shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, India.
